The consultation will provide you with the knowledge to make informed decisions about how to make your home more marketable and to sell for the highest price point possible.

Rob will discuss things you can do to declutter your home and make the best first impression with curb appeal improvements.

Advice on home upgrades is also provided and an overview how those recommendations will increase your salability. Rob will also make you aware of visible repairs needed prior to listing, explain the home inspection process, and provide contractor referrals as needed.

He will also discuss the details of moving out, final cleaning recommendations, moving companies, and desired timelines and transition strategies.

The pre-listing consultation focuses on the condition of the home as it relates to cleaning, decluttering, upgrades, and repairs. In addition, Rob can complete a full listing presentation detailing the marketing options, the commission cost, and the process from list date to the closing table.

The full listing presentation will include comparable sold properties in your neighborhood within 12 months, the current competition inventory within a half mile radius, and an explanation of the documentation and legalities of the process.
